You will receive an invite to join training on how to use your Dashboard. Although it is designed to be user friendly, we find it helpful to our users that one of our representatives is with you as you view the Part of this introduction meeting will be the sharing of your FAQs. You can provide the basic FAQs to start chat agents training and have the option edit as we move along.
